摘  要:为提高锦丰金矿00#水平巷道支护效率,提出采用中空注浆锚杆进行支护,运用FLAC3D数值模拟方法,以锚杆直径、长度及间排距作为研究参数,从降低巷道表面位移量、塑性区体积、围岩应力及节约经济成本等方面考虑最优支护参数。研究结果表明:原支护参数下,管缝式锚杆支护效果比中空注浆锚杆差,巷道塑性破坏区域范围广,塑性区体积为8668.8m3;中空注浆锚杆最优参数锚杆直径为32mm,长度为1.8m,间排距为900mm,优化后,巷道两帮移近量为174mm,较原支护降低51.1%;顶底板移近量为144mm,较原支护降低23.9%;巷道垂直应力较原支护降低13.2%,整体应力水平呈降低趋势;塑性区体积为3553.5m3,较原支护缩小59%,塑性破坏范围明显减小。现场监测结果显示新支护方案支护效果良好,可在更短时间内使巷道围岩体达到稳定状态。In order to improve the support efficiency of 00#horizontal roadway in Jinfeng Gold Mine,a hollow grouted bolt was proposed for support.The diameter,length and spacing of the bolt were taken as the research parameters by using FLAC3D numerical simulation method.The optimal support parameters were considered from the aspects of reducing the surface displacement of the roadway,the volume of the plastic zone,and the stress of the surrounding rock,as well as saving the economic cost.The results show that under the original support parameters,the supporting effect of split-set bolt is worse than that of hollow grouted bolt,the plastic failure area of roadway is wide,and the volume of plastic zone is 8668.8m3.The optimal parameters of hollow grouted bolt are the diameter of 32mm,the length of 1.8mand the spacing of 900mm.After optimizing,the displacement of roadway sides is 174 mm,which is 51.1%lower than that of the original support.The displacement of roof and floor is 144mm,which is 23.9%lower than that of the original support.The vertical stress of the roadway is 13.2%lower than that of the original support,and the overall stress level shows a decreasing trend.The plastic zone volume is 3553.5m3,which is reduced by 59%compared with the original support,and the plastic failure range is obviously reduced.The field monitoring results show that the new support scheme can achieve a good support effect,and can achieve a stable state of roadway surrounding rock mass in a shorter time.
