摘 要:预应力锚索锚注技术是解决巷道应力型底鼓的有效途径,然而现有锚固材料的锚固强度不能满足施工要求,因此,改善锚固材料的力学性能是底鼓治理技术的研究重点。基于偏高岭土提高无收缩灌浆料工作性能的能力,研究了不同配比的偏高龄土对高强无收缩灌浆料的化学作用,分析了偏高龄土掺量对复合材料试件抗压强度、吸水率、孔隙率、凝结时间的影响,以及复合材料抗酸碱性能和破坏形式。结果表明,复合底板锚固材料的吸水率和孔隙率更好;复合材料对碱性溶液抗腐蚀性优于对酸性溶液的抗腐蚀力;偏高岭土的掺量为0.3%、水灰比为0.2时,改善灌浆料性能的效果最佳,28d抗压强度达到了88.05MPa,与不添加偏高龄土相比,抗压强度增加了25.73%。研究成果对巷道底板锚固材料的研发有重要的指导意义。Prestressed anchor cable bolting and grouting technology is an effective way to solve the stress-type floor heave of roadway.However,the anchoring strength of existing anchoring material cannot meet the construction requirements.Therefore,improving the mechanical properties of anchoring material is the research focus of floor heave control technology.Based on the ability of metakaolin to improve the working performance of shrinkage-free anchoring material,the chemical effects of different proportions of metakaolin on high-strength non-shrinkage anchoring material was studied.The effects of metakaolin content on the compressive strength,water absorption,porosity and setting time of composite specimens,as well as the acid and alkali resistance and damage form of composite were analyzed.The results show that the water absorption and porosity of the composite floor anchoring material are better.The corrosion resistance of composites to alkaline solution is better than that to acidic solution.When the metakaolin content is 0.3%and the water-cement ratio is 0.2,the effect of improving the performance of anchoring material is the best.The compressive strength of 28dreaches 88.05MPa,compared with that without metakaolin,the compressive strength increases by 25.73%.The research results have important guiding significance for the development of anchoring material of roadway floor.
