丹参川芎红花角药的应用研究

摘　　要：丹参、川芎、红花是中药方剂中常用的角药配伍,三药伍用,温通凉散,攻守兼备,相得益彰,使活血散淤、行气通经、消痈止痛的作用倍增,临床常用于治疗血淤气滞诸痛证。现综述分析了丹参川芎红花角药的应用,对探究角药学说,扩大角药的应用范围,提高临床疗效,传承创新发展好角药的优势,为夯实川芎丹参红花角药的基础研究与现代制剂开发提供参考。Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,and Carthamii Flos are commonly used angle medicines in traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.The use of these three herbs together has a warming,circulating,cooling effect that is both offensive and defensive.When used together,they enhance each other’s benefits and promote blood circulation,dispel stasis,promote qi movement,open the meridians,and double the anti-swelling and pain relief effects.This article reviews the applications of these herbal combinations and explores their profound knowledge in traditional Chinese medicine.By expanding their application scope,enhancing clinical efficacy,promoting inheritance,and innovative development,this article provides a reference for basic research and modern formulation development of these herbal combinations.
