飞机快速拖离设备上装托架的设计

摘  要:上装托架是飞机快速拖离设备的主要承载部件,设计优劣对飞机快速拖离设备的整体品质起到关键作用。对飞机快速拖离设备上装托架进行设计,应用CATIA软件建立上装托架的三维有限元模型,结合满载工况进行有限元分析,得到应力和变形分布情况。根据有限元分析结果,在保证上装托架强度和刚度,以及质量较轻的前提下,优化上装托架最大应力集中部位的尺寸,得到上装托架的最佳优化设计方案。The upper mounting bracket is the main bearing component of the aircraft fast handling trailer,and the design advantage and disadvantage play a key role in the overall quality of the aircraft fast handling trailer.The upper mounting bracket of the aircraft fast handling trailer was designed,the CATIA software was used to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of the upper mounting bracket,and the finite element analysis was carried out in combination with the full load condition to obtain the stress and deformation distribution.According to the results of finite element analysis,under the premise of ensuring the strength and stiffness of the upper mounting bracket and the light weight,the size of the maximum stress concentration part of the upper mounting bracket was optimized,and the optimal design scheme of the upper mounting bracket was obtained.
