摘　　要：采用手动换挡操纵系统的车辆,换挡机构的性能将直接影响换挡舒适性,换挡舒适性则对司机的驾驶操作有直接影响。论述了软轴式变速操纵机构的结构与功能,介绍了软轴式变速操纵机构的装配工艺和挡位调试。通过正确的装配和调试,可以保证换挡机构的性能。In vehicle with manual shift control system,the performance of the gear shift mechanism will directly affect the shifting comfort,and the shifting comfort has a direct impact on the driver's driving operation.The structure and function of the soft shaft variable speed control mechanism were discussed,and the assembly process and gear debugging of the soft shaft variable speed control mechanism were introduced.With correct assembly and commissioning,the performance of the gear shift mechanism can be guaranteed.
