摘　　要：偏离—份额分析法是国内外分析产业结构常用的方法,但是在文化产业结构的分析方面却鲜有使用。宁夏文化产业发展速度慢于全国平均水平、观念落后、管理水平有限、企业实力弱、缓慢发展的传统业态、缺乏新兴业态。应通过观念提升、“内容为王”、产业内部的优化提升、优秀项目领跑、健全的市场和政策环境、借助传播方式改造现有产业、保障和优化人才和企业成长环境及地方经济的整体协调发展等路径,优化升级地区文化产业结构。Deviation-share analysis is a common method for analyzing industrial structure at home and abroad,but it is rarely used in the analysis of cultural industry structure.Ningxia's cultural industry is developing slower than the national average,with backward concepts,limited management,weak enterprises,slowly developing traditional industries,and lack of emerging industries.The regional cultural industry structure should be optimized and upgraded through the paths of conceptual upgrading,"content is king,"optimization and upgrading within the industry,excellent projects leading the way,sound market and policy environment,transformation of existing industries with the help of communication methods,safeguarding and optimizing the environment for the growth of talents and enterprises,and overall coordinated development of the local economy.
