淋巴管异常伴乳糜肺1例

摘　　要：乳糜肺是一种少见的呼吸系统疾病,临床表现主要为咳乳糜痰,发病原因多种,淋巴管造影可明确,因对该病认识不足,且淋巴管造影很少开展,导致疾病误诊率及漏诊率高。本文通过报道1例淋巴管异常引起支气管淋巴管瘘,导致乳糜肺的诊治经过,拟加强临床医生对本病的认识。Chylous pneumonia is a rare respiratory disease.The main clinical manifestation is coughing up chylous sputum with a variety of causes which can be clarified by lymphangiography.The lack of understanding of the disease,and infrequent lymphangiography have led to a high rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Here,we reported a case of bronchial lymphatic fistula caused by lymphatic abnormality that led to the diagnosis and treatment of chylous pneumonia,with the aim of improving clinicians′understanding of this disease.
