摘 要:本研究旨在探索低层住宅建筑产品的技术策略并分析碳排放,以解决夏热冬暖地区高温潮湿的气候条件导致建筑运行的空调能耗和碳排放量增加,从而减少对环境的不良影响。以产能低层住宅为例,探讨主被动相结合的建筑设计手法,采用高性能围护结构的被动式技术和高效率主动式暖通空调、照明设备和日常生活设施设备,优化建筑的弹性,如自然通风、过渡空间、遮阳、窗户等。同时结合智能控制手段和用户自调节,实现对产能低层住宅的能耗和碳排放的控制。通过实证分析产能低层住宅的能耗和碳排放情况,为低层产能住宅提供更加准确的数据支持,促进住宅建筑行业的可持续发展。Technical strategies are explored and the carbon emissions of low-rise residential building products are analyzed,in order to address the increased energy use for air conditioning and carbon emissions from building operations brought on by hot,humid weather in hot-su mmer and warm-winter regions,reducing the adverse impact on the environment.This paper investigates the architectural design method combining the active and passive approach,which employs passive technologies of highperformance envelope structures and high-efficiency active HVAC,lighting,and daily living facilities and equipment to optimize building resilience,such as natural ventilation,transition spaces,shading,windows,and so on.It also incorporates sophisticated control technologies and user self-regulation to reduce the energy consumption and carbon emissions of energy-producing low-rise residential constructions.By empirically analyzing the energy consumption and carbon emissions of energy-producing low-rise housing,more accurate data are supplied for low-rise energy-producing housing,encouraging the sustainable development of the residential building sector.
