摘 要:基于上海市一个已经完成的综合体项目,对冷热源部分免费冷却系统、办公区域变风量VAV系统进行了性能比较及计算分析,并从节能、控制策略角度对过渡季及冬季,利用冷水机组所配置冷却塔对循环水进行散热,通过板式换热器所产生的冷水进行自然冷却、新风冷却进行了研究。尤其对免费冷却时间段区间统计、冷却塔和板式换热器热工性能核算、末端设备实际换热量校核、变风量系统新风量计算,结合本项目进行了技术和计算理论分析。此外,本项目不足之处是在冬季冷却塔开启时,会有部分时间段冷却塔排风遇到空气产生白雾现象,对其进行了原理分析和解决技术措施探讨。根据实际项目设计要点进行详细探讨以供业内人士在综合体建筑空调采暖系统设计时参考。Based on a completed complex project in Shanghai,the performance comparison and calculation analysis of free cooling system of cold and heat source part and VAV system in office area are carried out.From the perspective of energy conservation and control strategy,the cooling tower configured by water chiller is used to dissipate the circulating water in transition season and winter,and the cold water generated by plate heat exchanger is used for natural cooling and fresh air cooling.In particular,the interval statistics of free cooling time,the thermal performance accounting of cooling tower and plate heat exchanger,the actual heat exchange check of end equipment,and the calculation of fresh air volume of VAV system are analyzed in combination with this project.In addition,the deficiency of the project:when the cooling tower is opened in winter,the exhaust of the cooling tower will encounter the phenomenon of white fog in some time.The principle analysis and technical measures are discussed.This paper makes a detailed discussion according to the key points of the actual project design,so as to provide reference for people in the industry in the design of air conditioning and heating system of complex buildings.
