摘  要:探究的物理模型具备双缸、双吸气、双蒸发器的特点。通过建立数学模型对保持压缩机气缸容积比不变并改变蒸发器管排数比,以及同时改变蒸发器管排数比和压缩机气缸容积比的两种情况进行研究。结果显示保持压缩机气缸容积比为1,蒸发器管排数比为1时的机组性能最佳;同时改变压缩机气缸容积比和蒸发器管排数比时,在压缩机气缸容积比为0.9和管排数比为1时的机组性能最佳。对压缩机气缸容积比和管排数比均为1时,通过确定干球温度和相对湿度两个控制条件所得到的模拟结果与实验数据进行对比分析。结果显示,系统制冷量和COP的误差均在5%范围以内,验证了模型具有一定的准确性。The physical model explored has the characteristics of double cylinder,double suction and double evaporator.The mathematical model is established to study two situations,including changing the number of evaporator tube rows ratio of the compressor cylinder volume ratio,and changing the number of evaporator tube rows ratio and compressor cylinder volume ratio at the same time.The results show that the unit performance is best when the compressor cylinder volume ratio is 1 and the evaporator tube row ratio is 1.When the compressor cylinder volume ratio and the evaporator tube row ratio are changed at the same time,the unit performance is best when the compressor cylinder volume ratio is 0.9 and the tube row ratio is 1.When the volume ratio of the compressor cylinder and the number of pipe rows are both 1,the simulation results obtained by the two control conditions of fixed dry bulb temperature and fixed relative humidity are compared and analyzed with the experimental data.The results show that the error of the system cooling capacity and COP are within the range of 5%,which verifies the accuracy of the model.
