摘  要:近零能耗建筑的健康发展,要建立在对其全面、客观认识和理解的基础上。本研究从宏观、中观和微观3种角度辨析近零能耗建筑相比传统节能建筑的普遍性和特殊性,对于澄清目前一些模糊甚至不正确的认识和观点,建立适宜的技术体系、实施路径,理清规模化发展思路,都有着现实和深远的意义。本研究具体指出了近零能耗建筑和传统节能建筑在指标要求、导向、评价方式、实施方法、性能化设计、精细化施工、策略化运维、计算方法和设计参数等方面的不同之处,其中设计参数(如室内参数、围护结构、气密性、热桥和设备性能等)要求相对提高。对近零能耗建筑的准确认知为建筑领域早日实现碳达峰和碳中和的目标奠定基础。The healthy development of nearly zero energy buildings should be based on comprehensive and objective knowledge and understanding.This paper analyzes the universality and particularity of the nearly zero energy building compared with the traditional energy conservation building from the macro-,medium-and micro-perspectives.It is of practical and far-reaching significance to clarify some vague and even incorrect understandings and viewpoints,establish appropriate technical system and implementation path,and clarify the thoughts of large-scale development.This paper specifically points out the differences between the nearly zero energy building and the traditional energy efficient building in terms of index requirements,guidance,evaluation methods,implementation methods,performance-based design,fine construction,strategic operation and maintenance,calculation methods and design parameters,etc.Among them,the design parameters including indoor parameters,envelope structure,air tightness,thermal bridge and equipment performance requirements are relatively improved.Accurate recognition of nearly zero energy building lays a foundation for the early realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the construction field.
