摘  要:以工业天然气制氢装置的工艺参数为基础,利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件建立了天然气制氢工艺模型,并以此对不同工艺参数下制氢过程的能耗、物耗、H_(2)成本和碳排放强度进行考察。模拟计算结果表明:CH_(4)裂解反应是导致转化单元积炭的主要原因,高水碳比有利于抑制热力学积炭的形成;低水碳比、低转化气CH_(4)含量和高变压吸附(PSA)H_(2)收率有利于制氢装置节能降耗,降低H_(2)生产成本,减少碳排放,三者对制氢装置的影响程度由高到低的顺序为水碳比>PSA单元H_(2)收率>转化气CH_(4)含量;中变气CO含量的变化对制氢装置的能耗、物耗、成本和碳排放强度无明显影响。Based on the process parameters of the industrial natural gas hydrogen plant,a process model of natural gas hydrogen production was established by using Aspen Plus process simulation software.The energy consumption,material consumption,H_(2) cost and carbon emission intensity of hydrogen production process under different process parameters were investigated.The results showed that the cracking reaction of methane was the main cause of carbon deposition in the conversion unit,and high water carbon(H_(2)O/C)mole ratio was beneficial to inhibit thermodynamic carbon deposition.Besides,low H_(2)O/C mole ratio,low CH_(4) content in dry gas of conversion unit and high H_(2) yield of pressure swing adsorption(PSA)unit were beneficial to energy saving and material consumption reduction of H_(2) production,and to reduction of carbon emission,the order of their influence on hydrogen production unit from high to low was H_(2)O/C mole ratio>H_(2) yield of PSA unit>CH_(4) content in dry gas of conversion unit.The change of CO content in dry gas of medium-temperature WGS had no obvious influence on the energy consumption,material consumption,H_(2) cost,and CO_(2) emissions intensity of the hydrogen plant.
