摘  要:降低半导体热损耗是提升电力电子装备转换效率的关键环节。提出了一种基于实时数字仿真器(Real-Time Digital Simulator,RTDS)的半导体器件损耗实时计算系统构建方案,通过在RTDS中建立半导体热损耗模型和电力电子装备环境仿真模型,并接入装备实际控制器进行硬件在环仿真,可以实时模拟半导体器件损耗分布,快速评估当前控制策略的有效性,能够为通过优化控制策略提升装备转换效率提供良好的工程验证环境。Reducing the heat loss of power devices is a key aspect in improving the conversion efficiency of power electronic converters.In this paper,a real-time power device loss analysis system based on Real-Time Digital Simulator,RTDS)is proposed.By establishing the thermal loss model of power device and the operating environment of electronic converter in RTDS,and connecting the actual controller of converter for hardware-in-loop simulation,the loss distribution of power device can be simulated in real time,and the effectiveness of control strategy could be quickly evaluated,which provide a good engineering verification environment for improving the conversion efficiency of converter by optimizing the control strategy.
