摘 要:针对传统的不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply,UPS)蓄电池组温度监控方法对蓄电池组温度的监测准确性较差的问题,提出了一种基于无线传感网络的UPS蓄电池组温度在线监控方法。分别设计单片机、温度传感器、温度采集电路、无线通信模块及显示功能模块,实现硬件设计。基于ZigBee无线传感网络技术,利用温度传感器采集UPS蓄电池组工作状态温度数据,通过ZigBee无线传感网络上传至上位机,进行处理并发出指令控制温度传感器工作,通过界面显示监控结果。试验证明,所提方法能够精准监控UPS蓄电池组温度数据,具有较好的实用性。Aiming at the problem that the traditional Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS)battery temperature monitoring method has poor accuracy in monitoring the battery temperature,an online monitoring method of UPS battery temperature based on wireless sensor network is proposed.The hardware design is realized by designing singlechip microcomputer,temperature sensor,temperature acquisition circuit,wireless communication module and display function module.Based on the ZigBee wireless sensor network technology,the temperature sensor is used to collect the temperature data of the working state of the UPS battery pack,which is uploaded to the upper computer through the ZigBee wireless sensor network for processing and sending instructions to control the operation of the temperature sensor,and the monitoring results are displayed through the interface.The test shows that the proposed method can accurately monitor the temperature data of UPS battery pack,and has good practicability.
