摘  要:为提高配电网运行的可靠性,以某地区电力系统配电网为例,开展自动化技术的应用设计。引进通用分组无线服务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)技术,将数据终端设备(Data Terminal Equipment,DTE)由RS485串口与GPRS数据终端相连,最终由GPRS数据传送终端抵达配电网数据采集与监视控制系统(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition,SCADA)中心,实现配电网组网通信建设。将配电网在运行中的小波故障度作为参照,通过电力系统配电网运行故障诊断与特征提取,跟踪前端反馈数据,实现电力系统配电网运行数据的集成与自动化管理。实验结果证明,应用自动化技术进行电力系统配电网规划,可以降低配电网供电服务风险与故障概率。In order to improve the reliability of distribution network,the application design of automation technology is carried out by taking the distribution network of a certain power system as an example.The General Packet Radio Service(GPRS)technology is introduced,and the Data Terminal Equipment(DTE)is connected with the GPRS data terminal through the RS485 serial port,and finally the GPRS data transmission terminal reaches the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition(SCADA)center of the distribution network,thus realizing the communication construction of the distribution network.Taking the wavelet fault degree of distribution network in operation as a reference,through the fault diagnosis and feature extraction of power system distribution network operation,the front-end feedback data is tracked,and the integration and automatic management of power system distribution network operation data are realized.The experimental results show that the application of automation technology in power system distribution network planning can reduce the risk and failure probability of power supply service in distribution network.
