农户非农就业收入效应的实证研究--基于南疆四地州的微观调查

摘　　要：非农就业对提高农户收入具有重要作用。文中基于南疆四地州688份农户有效问卷,运用OLS回归和倾向得分匹配法探究南疆四地州非农就业对农户收入增长效应。结果表明:非农就业对农户家庭收入具有正向推动作用。从非农就业对农户收入影响的样本异质性分析可以得出,非农就业对学历较高的农户增收效应更显著;已土地流转的农户非农就业后其收入提高的程度更高;非农就业对已接受就业指导服务的农户收入增长效应更显著。基于实证研究结论,文中对拓宽就业岗位、培育新型农业经营主体、完善非农就业农户的社会保障制度、提高就业指导服务水平等方面提出相关对策建议。Non-agricultural employment plays an important role in increasing farmers'income.Based on 688 valid questionnaires of farmers in the four southern districts of Xinjiang,we use OLS regression and propensity score matching method to explore the effect of non-agricultural employment on farmers'income growth in the four southern Xinjiang districts.The results show that non-agricultural employment has a positive impact on farmers'income.From the sample heterogeneity analysis on the impact of non-agricultural employment on income,it can be concluded that non-agricultural employment has a more significant effect on the income of farmers with relatively high education background.The income of farmers whose land has been transferred is more higher after non-agricultural employment.Non-agricultural employment has a more significant effect on the income growth of farmers who have received employment guidance services.Based on the empirical research conclusion,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions in terms of expanding employment posts,cultivating new agricultural operation entities,improving the social security system of non-agricultural employed farmers,and improving the level of employment guidance services.
