摘 要:中国经济高速发展促进了城乡居民物质生活的满足。幸福感作为反映个人生活状态,体现其精神生活满足程度的指标被广为关注。文章利用2017年《中国家庭金融调查数据》通过构建OLS模型、Probit模型以及中介效应模型,分析房价对居民个人幸福感产生的影响及其作用机制。根据年龄、地区,阐述房价对个人幸福感的异质性影响,并利用2017年《中国综合社会调查》数据进行了稳健性检验。研究结论证明住房价格会造成个人幸福感的降低。住房位置是房价影响幸福感的传导途径,并且房价对个人幸福感的影响在不同年龄段以及地区也存在异质性。最后,根据实证分析结果提出了实现房地产发展长效机制的相关举措。China's rapid economic development has promoted the material life satisfaction of urban and rural residents.Happiness,as an indicator of personal life status and spiritual satisfaction,has been widely concerned.This paper uses"China Household Finance Survey Data"in 2017 to construct OLS model,Probit model and intermediary effect model,and analyzes the impact of housing price on residents'personal happiness and its mechanism.According to age and region,this paper expounds the heterogeneous effects of housing price on individual happiness,and conducts a robustness test using the data of"China General Social Survey"in 2017.The conclusion of the study proves that housing price can cause the decrease of personal happiness.Housing location is the conduction pathway that housing price affects happiness,and the influence of housing price on personal happiness is also heterogeneous in different age groups and regions.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward relevant measures to realize the long-term mechanism of real estate development.
