摘　　要：在中国式现代化建设中要统筹经济发展和能源安全保障,要夯实国家经济社会发展的能源安全保障的实力基础,多措并举保障能源清洁低碳、安全稳定供应,以能源安全保障来促进和保障经济社会发展、保障改善民生用能。全面实现能源安全发展、清洁发展、低碳发展和节约发展,坚持经济发展与人口、能源、资源、环境的协调发展,努力实现高质量经济发展和高水平能源安全的良性互动,实现经济发展和能源安全的动态平衡,实现经济、社会、能源的可持续发展,保障我国能源安全、经济安全和环境安全,应对气候变化,实现“双碳”战略目标,实现人与自然和谐共生的现代化,建成美丽中国。In the construction of Chinese path to modernization,we should coordinate economic development and energy security,consolidate the strength foundation of energy security for national economic and social development,take multiple measures to ensure clean,low-carbon,safe and stable supply of energy,and use energy security to promote and guarantee economic and social development and improve people's livelihood.To comprehensively achieve energy security development,clean development,low-carbon development,and conservation development,adhere to the coordinated development of economic development with population,energy,resources,and environment,strive to achieve high-quality economic development and high-level energy security,achieve dynamic balance between economic development and energy security,achieve sustainable development of economy,society,and energy,and ensure China's energy security,economic security,and environmental security,To address climate change,achieve the"dual carbon"strategic goal,achieve modernization of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and build a beautiful China.
