摘 要:以上海市产业区块(产业基地和产业社区)作为评价对象,构建了由开发程度、经济活力、社会活力和环境效益4大类16个指标构成的评价体系,根据各指标的量化表征,收集和融合处理了相关大数据,开展了单因子评价和多因素综合评价。分析结果表明:受规划定位因素影响,产业社区综合活力高于产业基地综合活力;受区位因素影响,中心城近郊产业区块综合活力高于远郊综合活力。据此提出高质量发展、加强产城融合、低碳低排等策略建议。This study uses industrial blocks(industrial bases and communities)in Shanghai as the evaluation object and constructs an evaluation system consisting of 16 indicators in four categories:development degree,economic vitality,social vitality,and environmental benefits.It collects and integrates relevant big data and conducts single factor evaluation and comprehensive multifactor evaluation.The analysis results show that,influenced by planning positioning factors,the comprehensive vitality of industrial communities is higher than that of industrial bases.Due to location factors,the comprehensive vitality of industrial blocks in the suburbs was higher than that in the outer suburbs.Based on the analysis results,this study proposes strategies and suggestions for high-quality development,strengthening industrial city integration,and low-carbon and low-emission development.
