摘  要:针对赣江与抚河干流南昌段的生态环境特点,从自然、环境、灾害易损性等方面选取坡度、高程、用地类型、距水体距离、植被指数、降水侵蚀力、地质灾害易发区、地面塌陷易发区等指标构建评价指标体系,再运用综合指数法对岸线资源生态环境敏感性进行综合评价。结果表明:高程、用地类型、距水体距离为区域中高度敏感因子,植被指数、降水侵蚀力、地质灾害易发区、地面塌陷易发区为中低度敏感因子;研究区中不敏感区、低度敏感区、中度敏感区、高度敏感区、极度敏感区分别占总面积的9.23%、15.45%、31.32%、33.92%、10.09%,综合生态敏感度属于中高度敏感。将极度与高度敏感区划为核心保护区,实行严格保护;中度与低度敏感区划为控制建设区,以保护为主、开发为辅;不敏感区划为适宜建设区,进行适当建设,推动高质量发展。研究结果可为南昌市城市岸线资源利用、保护与系统治理提供参考和依据。Based on the ecological environment characteristics of the mainstream of the Ganjiang River and Fuhe River in Nanchang,this study first selected gradient,elevation,land use type,distance from the water body,vegetation index,precipitation erosivity,geological disaster-prone areas,ground collapse-prone areas,and other indicators from the aspects of nature,environment,and disaster vulnerability to construct an evaluation index system.The comprehensive index method was then used to evaluate the ecological environment sensitivity of shoreline resources.The results showed that:(1)elevation,land use type,and distance from the water body are highly sensitive factors in the region,and vegetation index,precipitation erosivity,geological disaster-prone areas,and ground collapse-prone areas are medium-and low-sensitivity factors;(2)the insensitive,low-sensitivity,moderately sensitive,highly sensitive,and extremely sensitive areas in the study area accounted for 9.23%,15.45%,31.32%,33.92%,and 10.09%of the total area,respectively.The extremely and highly sensitive areas are divided into core protected areas and strictly protected areas;moderate and low sensitivity areas are control construction areas supplemented by protection-based development.The insensitive area is suitable for construction,and appropriate construction is carried out to promote high-quality development.The research results provide a reference and basis for the utilization,protection,and system governance of urban shoreline resources in Nanchang.
