摘  要:为了解决熔融沉积加工工艺的能源消耗预测问题,提出了一种将代码基元和熔融沉积硬件相关联的能耗预测方法。在该方法中,首先,判断代码基元和各能耗单元之间的隐含关系,分析指令与能耗部件对应关系;然后,对加工过程中的能耗单元进行系统分析,给出代码基元和加工设备中喷头仓室、传动组件、辅助组件能耗的定量联系;最后,以4个主要工艺参数为研究对象,通过正交实验法设计27组实验,利用预测方法对加工过程中的能耗进行分析。结果显示,对能耗的影响依次为分层厚度>打印速度>热床温度>打印温度。通过加工实例验证,该方法不仅预测精度可以达到90%以上,且能够在切片模型加工之前为能耗预测提供工具支持,节约生产成本。In order to solve the problem of energy consumption prediction in melting deposition process,a method of energy consumption prediction based on code element and melting deposition hardware was proposed.In this method,first of all,the implicit relationship between code elements and energy consumption units is judged,and the corresponding relationship between instructions and energy consumption components is analyzed.Then,the energy consumption unit in the process of processing is analyzed systematically,and the quantitative relationship between the code element and the energy consumption of the nozzle chamber,the transmission component and the auxiliary component in the processing equipment is given.Finally,with 4 main process parameters as the research object,27 groups of experimental levels were designed by orthogonal experiment method,and the energy consumption in the process was analyzed by forecasting method.The results show that their effects on energy consumption are layered thickness>printing speed>hot bed temperature>printing temperature,respectively.Through the machining example,the prediction accuracy of this method can reach more than 90%,and it can provide tool support for energy consumption prediction before slicing model processing,and save production cost.
