摘　　要：目的:研制一种基于移动端Android操作系统的心血管功能评估系统,以满足社区医疗中心及家庭对各类人群的血管健康监测。方法:心血管功能评估硬件系统设计选用光电容积脉搏波传感器模块、蓝牙传输控制模块和电源供电模块,软件系统设计分别为采用下位机指脉采集端硬件程序和上位机心血管功能评估APP程序。结果:心血管功能评估系统能够采集到指端脉搏波信号,通过脉搏波分解及传播模型算法,可对桡动脉单波进行生理病理分析并获取心血管功能健康信息,同时具有携带方便、低功耗、性能可靠、价格低廉等特点。结论:基于移动端Android操作系统的心血管功能评估系统能够实时获取脉搏波信号并能对其进行分析处理,可满足家庭保健、社区医疗对心血管疾病的监测和预防需求。Objective:To develop an assessment system of cardiovascular function based on the Android operating system of mobile terminal,so as to satisfy the requirements of community medical centers and households for monitoring the vascular health of various populations.Methods:The design of the hardware system of the assessment of cardiovascular function adopted photo plethysmography(PPG)sensor module,Bluetooth transmission control module and power supply module,and the design of the software system was divided into the hardware program of collection terminal of fingertip pulse by adopting lower computer,and application(APP)program of the assessment of cardiovascular function by upper computer.Results:The assessment system of cardiovascular function could collect the signals of fingertip pulse wave.It could conduct physiological and pathological analysis for the single wave of radial artery,and could obtain the health information of cardiovascular functions through the algorithm of decomposition and propagation model of pulse wave,which had a series of characteristics included convenient portability,low power consumption,reliable performance and low price.Conclusion:The assessment system of cardiovascular function based on the Android operating system of mobile terminal can obtain the signals of pulse wave in real-time and conduct analysis and processing for them,which can satisfy the requirements of family health and community healthcare for monitoring and preventing the cardiovascular diseases.
