基于结构-过程-结果质量管理联合6S法对妇科手术器械灭菌管理质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于结构-过程-结果质量管理联合6S法对妇科手术器械灭菌管理质量的影响。方法:选取医院消毒供应中心清洗消毒的100件妇科手术器械,按照管理方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50件,对照组采取常规及6S法管理;观察组采取结构-过程-结果质量管理联合6S法管理,优化手术器械消毒灭菌管理方案,加强手术器械使用过程管理,根据使用结果评价进行不断改进。自制满意度调查问卷,分析手术科室人员对两组手术器械灭菌管理质量的满意度,比较两组器械消毒灭菌合格率、损坏率和丢失率,手术器械及时供应率、回收率以及手术科室人员对两组手术器械的灭菌管理质量满意度。结果:观察组器械损坏率和丢失率分别为2.00%(1/50)和0.00%(0/50),显著低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=4.891,x^(2)=4.167;P<0.05);观察组手术器械及时供应率和回收率分别为96%(48/50)和98%(49/50),显著高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=4.000,x^(2)=4.891;P<0.05);手术科室人员对观察组器械消毒灭菌质量、性能完好、准备齐全、需求满足满意度评分分别为(82.15±5.36)分、(81.33±5.41)分、(80.21±5.69)分和(81.22±5.27)分,均显著高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=2.130,t=2.255,t=2.129,t=2.224;P<0.05);观察组器械消毒灭菌质量、器械供应,器械回收、使用性能和数量完善度评分分别为(16.05±1.21)分、(16.54±1.28)分、(17.14±1.24)分、(15.56±1.34)分和(16.81±1.25)分,均显著高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=2.924,t=2.340,t=2.249,t=3.053,t=3.418;P<0.05)。结论:基于结构-过程-结果质量管理联合6S法能有效改善妇科手术器械灭菌和管理质量,提高科室人员满意度。Objective:To explore the effects of quality management based on structure-process-result combined with 6S method on the sterilization management quality of gynecological surgical instruments.Methods:100 pieces of gynecological surgical instruments cleaned and sterilized in the central sterile supply department(CSSD)of the hospital were and divided into control group and observation group according to different management methods,with 50 pieces in each group.The control group adopted conventional method and 6S method,the observation group adopted structure-process-result quality management combined with 6S method management,the management plan of sterilization of surgical instruments was optimized,the management of using process of surgical instruments was strengthened,and continuous improvement was made according to the evaluation of using results.A self-made satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of surgical staff with the surgical instruments of the two groups.The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization,damage rate and loss rate of instruments,timely supply rate and recovery rate of surgical instruments and satisfaction rate of staff in surgical department to surgical instruments were compared between the two groups.Results:The damage rate and loss rate of instruments in the observation group were 2.00%and 0.00%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(x^(2)=4.891,x^(2)=4.167;P<0.05).The timely supply rate and recovery rate of surgical instruments in the observation group were 96%and 98%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(x^(2)=4.000,x^(2)=4.891;P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of surgical department staff with respect to the disinfection and sterilization quality of instruments,intact instrument performance,completeness of instrument preparation and demand satisfaction in observati
