医院内科病房监护设备标准化质量管理体系构建及其价值研究

摘　　要：目的:构建医疗设备标准化质量管理体系,探讨其在医院内科病房监护设备管理中的应用价值。方法:分析医疗设备全生命周期管理事项,制定多元质量控制目标和管理标准,通过绩效评估进行管理效果反馈和管理体系调整,构建医院内科病房监护设备标准化质量管理体系。选取医院内科临床在用的49台监护设备,按照管理方法不同,将其分为对照组(42台)和观察组(45台,含对照组38台和新增的7台),对照组实施常规管理,观察组采用标准化质量管理方法;对比两组监护设备的过程管理质量、临床运行效率和人员业务能力。结果:观察组设备技术操作、日常维护、故障维修和质量检测管理规范度分别为(93.40±4.31)%、(90.94±3.95)%、(92.25±3.17)%和(96.24±1.44)%,均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=2.962,t=3.606,t=6.778,t=6.286;P<0.05);观察组设备基础数据、临床安全、服务效率、成本控制和诊疗效能达成度分别为(91.17±3.51)%、(92.68±4.08)%、(91.48±5.50)%、(93.76±5.08)%和(95.94±2.57)%,均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=4.260,t=3.016,t=4.725,t=4.272,t=3.630;P<0.05);观察组设备使用的护理人员临床应用知识、技术操作规范、安全风险认知和医护患沟通技能考核成绩分别为(92.63±5.06)分、(91.45±4.86)分、(93.37±4.23)分和(94.68±3.35)分,均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=4.355,t=5.039,t=6.574,t=3.627;P<0.05)。结论:标准化质量管理体系能够提升监护设备临床运行质量,提高设备在临床诊疗中的服务水平,改善内科病房护理人员的管理效果。Objective:To construct a standardized quality management system for medical equipment and to explore its application value in the management of monitoring equipment in hospital internal medicine wards.Methods:Based on the analysis of medical equipment lifecycle management matters,the multiple quality control objectives and management standards were established,the feedback of management effect and the adjustment of management system were conducted through performance evaluation,the standardized quality management system for monitoring equipment in medical wards was constructed.49 sets of monitoring equipment in clinical use in the hospital were selected and divided into control group(42 sets)and observation group(45 sets,including 38 sets of control group and 7 sets of newly added)according to different management methods.The control group implemented routine management,the observation group adopted standardized quality management method.The process management quality,clinical operation performance and staff professional ability of the two groups of monitoring equipment were compared.Results:The management codes of technical operation,routine maintenance,fault repair and quality inspection of the monitoring equipment in the observation group were(93.40±4.31)%,(90.94±3.95)%,(92.25±3.17)%,(96.24±1.44)%,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=2.962,t=3.606,t=6.778,t=6.286;P<0.05).The achievement of basic data,clinical safety,service efficiency,cost control and diagnosis and treatment efficiency of the monitoring equipment in the observation group were(91.17±3.51)%,(92.68±4.08)%,(91.48±5.50)%,(93.76±5.08)%,(95.94±2.57)%,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=4.260,t=3.016,t=4.725,t=4.272,t=3.630;P<0.05).The assessment scores in terms of clinical application knowledge,technical operation standard,safety risk cognition perception and physician-patient communication sk
