摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变(DPNs)是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一。电导分析仪是一种新型的可简单、迅速且无创评估泌汗功能的检测手段,通过测量电化学皮肤电导指标来评估糖尿病心血管自主神经病变的风险,能够客观及定量的评价末梢小神经纤维功能。在提高检测神经病变的有效性、筛查DPNs的早期诊断、评估对糖尿病受试者不同治疗干预反应、评估DPNs所致并发症筛查等方面发挥显著作用。综述SUDOSCAN电导分析仪在DPNs中的应用,为其在临床上的应用提供参考。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes.The SUDOSCAN conductance analyzer is a new,simple,rapid,and noninvasive test for assessing sweating function,which can measure the electrochemical skin conductance indices to assess the risk of diabetic cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy can objectively and quantitatively evaluate the function of peripheral small nerve fibers.It plays a significant role in improving the validity of detecting neuropathy,screening the early diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy,evaluating the response of diabetic patients to different interventions,and screening the complications of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.The application of SUDOSCAN electrodermal analysis device in diabetic peripheral neuropathy was reviewed in order to provide a reference for its clinical application and popularization.
