摘　　要：基于生物反馈技术,引入“生命潮”生物反馈引导,设计具有深度放松疗法功能的导航系统,以改善睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量。该系统由捡拾发射器与移动设备采集心电和呼吸信号数据,将采集的数据上传到云端服务器,在云端进行计算和人工智能(AI)分析,根据分析结果调用潮汐和指导语音文件,发出与受试者相匹配的“生命潮”,并使受试者以“生命潮”为节拍,按照指导语的内容进行自我的深度放松训练。该系统结合“生命潮”生物反馈技术,使人进入超级低觉醒状态,调动人体的修复、恢复、复生之力,可更好的调动患者的主观能动性和自愈力,使其自发地进行心理、生理的内在调节,进而达到恢复睡眠时序和改善睡眠障碍。应用生物反馈技术和“生命潮”生物反馈引导方法设计的深度放松导航系统,具有较强的实用性,受益于睡眠障碍困扰的患者,有望在临床医学中得到应用。Based on biofeedback technique,a“Life tide”biofeedback guidance was introduced to design a navigation system with deep relaxation function so as to improve the sleep quality for patients with sleep disorders.The system collected the data of electrocardiogram(ECG)and respiratory signal(RESP)from pickup launcher and mobile equipment,and these data would be uploaded to the cloud server to conduct calculation and artificial intelligence analysis in the cloud server.According to the analytic result,the audio files of tide and guidance were called to send out the“life tide”matched with the subjects.These subjects who used“life tide”as the beat received deep relaxation training for themselves as the content of guidance.This system combined with the“life tide”biological feedback technique to enable people to enter the stats of super low wakening for mobilizing the powers of repair,recovery and revitalization of human body,which would better mobilize the subjective initiative and self-healing ability of patients to take them to spontaneously carry out psychologically and physiologically inherent regulation,so as to achieve the purposes of restoring sleep timing and improving sleep disorder.The deep relaxation navigation system that was designed by biological feedback technique and“life tide”biological feedback guidance has stronger practicability,which contributes to patients who are obsessed by sleep disorder.It is expected to be promoted and applied in clinical medicine.
