摘　　要：外部力量参与是乡村振兴战略实施的重要补充,但外部力量介入基层社会却面临在地性的转化困境。研究以贵州黔西南D社会组织十年乡建经验为案例对象,发现D社会组织在地性治理实践之所以有效,关键在于社会组织能够扎根乡村、融入乡村,逐渐构筑起“支教+支农+支村”的立体式乡村振兴参与模式。在此基础上,D社会组织通过“在地性转化”与“在地性整合”,实现垂直信任与水平信任叠加、结构嵌入与认知嵌入融合、一次博弈向多次博弈转化,形成了社会组织在地性治理实践的网状信任结构、深度嵌入形态与合作进化趋势,最终实现外部力量介入乡土社会的治理均衡。The participation of external forces is an important supplement to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.However,the intervention of external forces in grassroots society faces the dilemma of local transformation.Based on a case study of D social organization which participating in rural revital-ization of Guizhou province for ten years,finds that the key to the effectiveness of D social organization's local governance practice is that the social organization can take root in and integrate into the rural units.Finally,the social organization gradually builds a three-dimensional rural revitalization participation model of"supporting education,agriculture and village".Then,through"local transformation"and"local integration",D social organization promotes the superposition of vertical trust and horizontal trust,the integration of structural embedding and cognitive embedding,and the transformation from one game to multiple games.That has formed a network trust structure,deep embedded form and cooperative evolution trend in local governance practice of social organization.So,it realizes the governance equilibrium of external forces involving in rural society.
