非扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗闭合性胫骨骨折的临床经验分析

摘　　要：目的总结非扩髓带锁髓内钉在胫骨骨折治疗中的临床经验,为胫骨骨折的治疗提供参考。方法选择2018年1月—2021年9月在我院行非扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗的胫骨骨折患者43例,记录手术情况和术后并发症发生情况。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间为(58.37±12.23)min,平均术中出血量为(194.41±22.19)ml,平均愈合时间为(12.34±6.47)周,术后状况评价为优24例、良19例;随访发现退钉3例,延迟愈合2例,膝关节痛3例。结论非扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨中下段骨折,具有手术时间短、出血量少、术后并发症发生率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To summarize the clinical experience of non-reamed intramedullary interlocking nail in the treatment of tibial fractures,and to provide reference for the treatment of tibial fractures.Methods A total of 43 patients with tibial fractures treated with non-reamed intramedullary interlocking nail in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2021 were selected,and the surgery and postoperative complications were recorded.Results All patients completed the surgery successfully,the mean operative time was(58.37±12.23)min,the mean intraoperative bleeding was(194.41±22.19)ml,the mean healing time was(12.34±6.47)weeks,and the postoperative status was evaluated as excellent in 24 cases and good in 19 cases;three cases of retracted nail,two cases of delayed healing,and three cases of knee pain were found at follow-up.Conclusion Non-reamed intramedullary interlocking nail for the treatment of middle and lower tibial fractures has the advantages of short operation time,low bleeding and low postoperative complication rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
