摘  要:首绳伸长是矿井提升机不可避免的问题,首绳伸长到一定程度不及时调整,轻则提升容器卡入楔形罐道,重则尾绳接触井底装备造成尾绳缠绕导致重大安全事故。本文介绍了一种双箕斗多绳摩擦式提升机首绳调绳尺寸的计算方法,该方法仅需测量装矿距离、卸载位高度、油缸活塞杆伸出量即可得到调绳尺寸,计算准确,已在24行主井广泛使用,符合装卸矿要求,具有较强的推广价值。The elongation of the head rope is an inevitable problem of mine hoist.If the head rope is extended to a certain ex-tent without timely adjusting,it will cause a situation that hoisting container may stuck into wedge-shaped cageway,or a serious sit-uation that tail rope winding triggered by the contact of tail rope and underground equipment may lead to big safety accidents.This article introduces a method to calculate the head rope size of a double skip multi-rope friction hoist.Through this method,adjusting size of head rope can be obtained only by measuring the loading distance,unloading height and the extension of the piston rod of oil cylinder.The calculation is accurate and has been widely used in the main shaft of line 24,which meets the ore unloading require-ments and has a significant promotional value.
