摘　　要：针对金川热电2^(#)50MW机组汽轮机油水分严重超标的问题,对汽轮机轴封系统、轴承箱油挡、抽油烟系统、轴承回油系统等进行问题检查分析,通过设备技术改造,采取合理调整运行方式,加强设备检修维护等措施,使油中水分大幅下降,并一直保持在100mg/L以下,从而保证了机组的安全运行。In view of the problem that oil moisture in turbine of 2^(#)150MW turboset of Jinchuan thermal power plant seriously exceeds the standard,an investigation and analysis is conducted on gland seal system of turbine,oil gear of bearing box,lampblack extraction system and bearing oil return system.Through the measures including technological improvement of equipment,adoption of reasonable adjustment of the operation mode,strengthening equipment maintenance,moisture in oil is greatly reduced and kept below 10mg/L,thus the safe operation of turboset is guaranteed.
