摘 要:危险废物焚烧飞灰中重金属含量高,对环境的潜在风险备受关注.本文研究了600~1300℃热处理过程中,危险废物焚烧炉渣的配入对灰-渣体系中Cr和Pb浸出行为的影响.结果表明,灰-渣共热处理可促使体系中的CrO_(2)向稳定性好的Ca_(2)Mg(Si_(0.99)Cr_(0.01))_(2)O_(7)和FeCr_(2)O_(4)相转变,同时Pb主要以残渣态形式存在,从而显著抑制了飞灰热处理产物中Cr和Pb的静态和动态浸出行为.本研究对于飞灰中重金属污染控制及危废协同处置均具有重要参考价值.Due to the high heavy metal content in hazardous waste incineration fly ash,its potential environmental risk is gained increasing attention.In this research,the hazardous waste incineration fly ash and slag were co-thermal treated,and the corresponding leaching behavior of Cr and Pb was investigated.The results revealed that the CrO_(2)phase in the fly ash-slag system can be transformed to stable Ca_(2)Mg(Si_(0.99)Cr_(0.01))_(2)O_(7)and FeCr_(2)O_(4)phases during the co-thermal treatment process.At the same time,Pb mainly existed as the residue fraction in the co-thermal treated product.Thus,the static and dynamic leaching behaviors of Cr and Pb in the co-thermal treated products were significantly inhibited.This study provides important reference value for the secondary heavy metal pollution control in fly ash and hazardous waste co-disposal.
