摘 要:红外焦平面阵列的非均匀性,严重影响了红外成像系统的图像质量和辐射测量精度,因此,必须进行非均匀校正(NUC)。论文提出了一种基于定标的NUC改进算法,以单点定标和两点定标为基础,保留了校正偏置系数稳定性和响应参数一致性的优势。通过实验对改进算法NUC效果进行验证,结果表明:改进算法与两点定标相比,校正效果更好;所有像元非均匀性数值波动更小、NUC精度更高;焦平面阵列灰度分布尖峰较少、灰度均匀度较好、NUC改善效果显著。The non-uniformity of infrared focal plane array seriously affects the image quality and radiometric accuracy of in⁃frared imaging system.Therefore,non-uniformity correction(NUC)must be carried out.In this paper,an improved NUC algorithm based on calibration is proposed.Based on single point NUC and two-point NUC,it retains the advantages of the stability of correc⁃tion bias coefficient and the consistency of response parameters.The results show that the improved algorithm has better correction effect than two-point NUC.The non-uniformity values of all pixels fluctuate less and the NUC accuracy is higher.Focal plane array has fewer gray distribution spikes,better gray uniformity,and significant NUC improvement.
