摘　　要：功能性胃肠病(functional gastrointestianal disorders,FGIDs)全球发病率高,患者生活质量差,诊断率低,对该类疾病发病机制认知不足,尤其对脑-肠互动及中枢作用的理解不深造成处置不到位及疗效不理想。本文从近年在FGIDs发病机制方面的研究热点和进展及临床难点出发,聚焦在更新FGIDs处置的理念,介绍评估体系,倡导心身同治。Functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs)present with high prevalence,poor life quality,and low diagnostic rates global.Insufficient knowledge of the pathogenesis of these disorders,specifically the brain-gut interaction and central role,resulting in indequdate optimal management and therapeutic efficacy.This article focuses on the latest research topics,progress in the pathogenesis,and the clinical uncertainties of FGIDs,emphasizes the advanced concept of management of FGIDs,introduces the evaluating system of FGIDs,and advocates psychophysiological therapy.
