个性化叙事护理干预在重症肝炎患者心理弹性中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化叙事护理干预在重症肝炎患者心理弹性中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至12月该院收治的100例重症肝炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其划分为对照组与观察组,各组50例,对照组采用常规护理干预模式,观察组采用个性化叙事护理干预模式,比较两组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表评分、心理弹性量表评分以及生活质量评分。结果两组护理前焦虑自评量表评分、心理弹性量表评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后的焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,心理弹性量表评分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生理职能、生理机能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、精神健康、情感职能、精力、社会功能等生活质量指标评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化叙事护理干预有助于缓解重症干预疾病患者消极心理情绪,优化患者心理弹性水平,提高患者生活质量,临床应用效果显著,值得进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore the effect of individualized narrative nursing intervention on the psychological resilience of patients with severe hepatitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe hepatitis admitted to the hospital January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing intervention mode and the observation group adopted the personalized narrative nursing intervention mode.The scores of self rating anxiety scale,psychological resilience scaleand quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of self rating anxiety scale and psychological resilience scale before nursing(P>0.05);The scores of self rating anxiety scale after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of psychological resilience scale were higher than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,health status,mental health,emotional function,energy,social function and other indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized narrative nursing intervention is helpful to alleviate the negative psychologicalemotion of patients with severe intervention disease,optimize the level of psychological resilience of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and the clinical application effect is significant.It is worth further promotion and application.
