摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、降钙素原(PCT)在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)中诊断和治疗的临床价值。方法选取2020年8月至2021年1月于该院住院治疗的MPP儿童20例,对照组30例,记录观察组患儿治疗前、治疗后第3天和第7天的WBC、CRP、SAA、PCT,并与对照组儿童的体检结果比较;计算各指标对MPP的诊断效能。结果与对照组相比,观察组的WBC、CRP、SAA、PCT均显著升高,SAA升高幅度最大,诊断效能为SAA>CRP>PCT>WBC,动态监测发现治疗有效后SAA下降幅度最大、CRP临床一致性最佳。结论CRP、SAA、PCT均可用于MPP的诊疗,尤其是CRP和SAA联合检测可以为临床提供更有力的治疗依据。Objective Detect white blood cells count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),serum amyloid A(SAA),procalcitonin(PCT),and explore their clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods Selected 20 children with MPP who were hospitalized in the hospital from August 2020 to January 2021,and 30 cases as controls.Compare the diagnostic value of WBC,CRP,SAA,and PCT,and monitor and analyze their results on the before,3rd and 7th day after treatment in the observation group,and compared with those in the control group.Results Compared with the control group,WBC,CRP,SAA and PCT in the pneumonia group were significantly increased,with the largest increase in SAA,and the diagnostic value was SAA>CRP>PCT>WBC.The dynamic monitoring showed that SAA decreased the most and CRP had the best clinical consistency with the treatment.Conclusion CRP,SAA,and PCT are helpful in the diagnosis and treatment of MPP,and the combined detection of CRP and SAA can provide a more powerful clinical basis for treatment.
