某地区9258例体检人群食物特异性IgG抗体检测分析的研究

摘  要:目的分析食物特异性免疫球蛋白G抗体(sIgG)(共14项)在体检人群中的分布特点,为体检人群的饮食习惯提出合理、科学的建议。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2019年12月期间在该院体检人群9258例,其中男4725例,女4533例,年龄20~91岁,中位年龄42岁。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测了人群血清中14种食物(牛肉、鸡肉、猪肉、鳕鱼、虾、蟹、鸡蛋、牛奶、玉米、小麦、蘑菇、大豆、西红柿和大米)sIgG抗体水平,采用卡方检验对各分组的阳性率进行比较,用Logistic回归分析性别和年龄对抗体阳性率的影响。结果9258例体检人群食物sIgG抗体阳性率为64.9%(6007/9258),鸡蛋(51.6%),牛奶(21.7%)sIgG抗体阳性率较高。女性是鸡蛋、鳕鱼、大豆、牛奶sIgG抗体阳性的危险因素;男性是大米、玉米、西红柿sIgG抗体阳性的危险因素。年龄是鸡蛋、大米、鳕鱼、大豆、西红柿、小麦、牛奶sIgG抗体阳性的保护性因素,是蟹、虾sIgG抗体阳性的危险因素。结论建议本地区不同性别和年龄的食物sIgG抗体阳性的患者,根据自身特点有针对性地进行膳食结构的优化。Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of food-specific IgG antibodies(sIgG)in the medical check-up population and to make reasonable and scientific recommendations for the dietary habits of the medical check-up population.Methods Data were retrospectively analyzed in a total of 9258 cases,including 4725 males and 4533 females,with an age range from 20 to 91 years old and a median age of 42 years old,from January 2012 to December 2019 of the medical check-up population in the hospital.The concentrations of 14 food sIgG in the serum of the population(beef,chicken,pork,cod,shrimp,crab,egg,milk,corn,wheat,mushroom,soybean,tomato and rice)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the positive rates of each subgroup were compared using the chi-square test,and the effects of gender and age on the positive rates of antibodies were analyzed by dichotomous logistic regression.Results The positivity rate of food sIgG was 64.9%(6007/9258)in 9258 cases of the medical examination population,the higher sIgG positive rate was found in eggs(51.6%),and milk(21.7%).Female was the risk factors for positive sIgG antibodies to eggs,cod,soybeans and milk;male was the risk factors for positive sIgG antibodies to rice,corn and tomatoes.Age was the protect factor for positive sIgG antibodies to eggs,rice,cod,soybean,tomato,wheat and milk,and was a risk factor for positive sIgG antibodies to crab and shrimp.Conclusion It is suggested that patients with positive food sIgG antibodies of different genders and ages in the region should be optimized and adjusted according to their own characteristics.
