基于倾向得分匹配法的血清丙型肝炎病毒抗体对男性精液质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的通过对感染丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的男性的精液常规进行分析,研究HCV感染对男性精液质量的影响。方法选取2019年至2021年生殖门诊就诊人群的男性病例,根据HCV感染情况分为两组,以感染HCV(血清抗-HCV抗体阳性)病例为研究组78例,未感染HCV(血清抗-HCV抗体阴性)病例为对照组107例,进一步应用倾向得分匹配的方法从两组中匹配出各62例为研究对象。对两组的精液常规结果进行分析并比对差异。结果基于两组精液常规分析判读的正常精子症、少精子症、弱精子症病例数对比结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的精液常规分析参数中的精液量、精子浓度、精子活动率、前向运动精子活动率的平均值均低于对照组,但两组的各项均值仍均在参考范围内,所有项目对比结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论推测HCV抗体阳性对精液质量可能并不存在影响。Objective To study the effect of hepatitis C virus(HCV)infection on the quality of male semen by analyzing the semen routine of men infected with HCV.Methods Male cases from the population attending the reproductive clinic from 2019 to 2021 were selected and divided into two groups based on HCV infection,with cases infected with HCV(anti-HCV antibody positive)as the study group and cases not infected with HCV(anti-HCV antibody negative)as the control group.There were 78 cases in the study group and 107 cases in the control group,and 62 cases each were further matched from the two groups by applying the propensity score matching method to the study subjects.The routine semen results of the two groups were analyzed and compared for differences.Results The results of the comparison of the number of cases of normal spermatozoa,oligospermia,and weak spermatozoa based on routine semen analysis readings in both groups were not statistically different(P>0.05).The mean values of semen volume,sperm concentration,sperm motility rate,and forward motion sperm motility rate among the parameters of semen routine analysis in the study group were lower than those in the control group,but all mean values in both groups were still within the reference range,the results of all item comparisons were not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusion It is speculated that the positive HCV antibody may have no effect on the semen quality.
