摘 要:目的探讨患者输注储存末期的悬浮红细胞(离失效期≤5 d)前后各指标的变化差异。为临床输注储存末期悬浮红细胞的使用提供理论依据与启示。方法选取2015年1月至2021年12月该院输注储存末期的悬浮红细胞(离失效期≤5 d)患者79例,回顾性统计输血前、输血36 h后血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、细胞压积(Hct)、血小板计数(PLT)、白细胞计数(WBC)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、钾(K)、钠(Na)、镁(Mg)、钙(Ca)、氯(Cl)、肌酐(Cr)指标结果分析。结果输注量为1.5 u时,Hb、RBC、Hct、PLT、WBC、TP、ALB、K、Na、Mg、Ca、Cl、Cr输血前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TBIL、IBIL、ALT、AST输血前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。输注量为2.0 u时,Hb、RBC、Hct、PLT、WBC、TP、ALB、Mg、Ca、Cl、Cr输血前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TBIL、IBIL、ALT、AST、K、NA输血前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者输注储存末期的悬浮红细胞提升HB效果不理想,严重心、肝肾功能不好的患者最好避免输注储存末期的悬浮红细胞。Objective To investigate the changes of various indexes before and after infusion and storage of suspended red blood cells(from failure period≤5 days).To provide theoretical basis and Enlightenment for the use of suspended red blood cells in clinical infusion and storage.Methods From January 2015 to December 2021,79 patients with suspended red blood cells(from failure period≤5 days)were selected.Hemoglobin(HB),red blood cell count(RBC),hematocrit(HCT),platelet count(PLT),white blood cell count(WBC),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),total bilirubin(TBIL),indirect bilirubin(IBIL)and A nalysis of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),potassium(K),sodium(NA),mag nesium(Mg),calcium(CA),chlorine(CL)and creatinine(CR).Results When the infusion volume was 1.5 u,there was no significant difference in Hb,RBC,HCT,PLT,WBC,TP,ALB,K,Na,Mg,CA,Cl and Cr before and after blood transfusion;There were significant differences in TBIL,ibil,ALT and AST before and after blood transfusion.When the infusion volume was 2.0 u,there was no significant difference in Hb,RBC,HCT,PLT,WBC,TP,ALB,Mg,CA,Cl and Cr before and after blood transfusion;There were significant differences in TBIL,ibil,alt,AST,K and Na before and after blood transfusion.Conclusion The effect of short-term infusion and storage of suspended erythrocytes in patients to improve Hb is not ideal.Patients with severe cardiac,liver and kidney function should avoid infusion and storage of short-term suspended erythrocytes.
