摘 要:目的探讨不同年龄段健康女性外周血细胞参数与肝血清酶水平的差异。方法采集年龄在20~70岁之间的143例健康成年女性外周血,依据个体的年龄进行分组,使用希森美康XN2000全自动血液细胞分析仪,测定血常规指标;通过全自动生化分析仪测定白蛋白/球蛋白比例、白蛋白、球蛋白、肝功能酶类等指标。流式细胞仪检测外周血自然杀伤(NK)细胞的比例。结果与青年组及中年组比较,老年组女性血液中NK细胞和单核细胞(MONO)比例显著升高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与青年组及中年组比较,老年组女性血液中平均红细胞体积(MCV)检测结果显著升高(P<0.05),血小板计数(PLT)检测结果显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。青年组的血清白蛋白(ALB)明显多于其他各组,与中年组和老年组相比检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),老年组谷氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)明显多于青年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄段的外周血细胞参数与肝血清酶水平不同。随着年龄增长,外周血中NK细胞比例、单核细胞比例、MCV指标升高,PLT指标、ALB水平显著降低。肝血清相关酶类AST和GGT随着年龄增加其水平逐渐升高。通过研究年龄与血细胞参数与肝血清酶的相关性分析,为后续衰老指标的筛选提供了理论依据。Objective To investigate the differences of peripheral blood cell parameters and liver serum enzyme levels in healthy women of different ages.Methods The peripheral blood of 143 healthy adult women aged between 20 and 70 years old was collected and grouped according to the age of the individual.The blood routine indexes were measured by XN2000 automatic blood cell analyzer.The albumin/globulin ratio,albumin,globulin,liver function enzymes and other indicators were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer.The proportion of NK cells in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry.Results Compared with the youth group and the middle-aged group,the proportion of NK cells and MONO cells in the blood of the elderly group was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the youth group and the middle-aged group,the MCV test results in the blood of the elderly group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the PLT test results were significantly lower(P<0.05).The ALB in the young group was significantly higher than that in the other groups,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the middle-aged group and the elderly group(P<0.05).The AST and GGT in the elderly group were significantly higher than those in the young group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral blood cell parameters and liver serum enzyme content are different in different age groups.With the increase of age,the proportion of NK cells,monocytes and MCV in peripheral blood increased,while PLT and ALB decreased significantly.The levels of AST and GGT in liver serum increased with age.By studying age and blood.
