基于逐月养胎法探讨中医养胎方法与思路

摘　　要：逐月养胎法不仅从生理上论述了胎儿的形成过程,还将症状与治疗相结合,从天时的角度顺时治疗,根据妊娠情况辨证论治,体现了辨证论治和天人合一的思想,且在遣方用药方面均有考究。从理论上,妊娠期全身脏腑经络顺时而主,依时养胎;从治疗上,因时而定脏腑、经络,根据所养之脏腑经络,确定不足之处进而治疗。天时不同,妇人所患疾病亦有差异,结合天时变化,确定疾病所在;同时,还需从预防、治疗两个方面入手,对治疗,根据“预安胎”和“曾伤胎”不同,各有治法;对预防,由衣、食、行和习惯多方面进行规范。所以,重视逐月养胎对于天时的把握,有利于妊娠各种疾病的诊断和治疗。The monthly fetal care method not only discusses the formation process of the fetus from a physiological perspective,but also combines symptoms with treatment,treating it from the perspective of conforming to time,and according to the pregnancy situation.It embodies the idea of syndrome differentiation and the unity of heaven and human,and has been well studied in terms of formula and medication.In theory,during pregnancy,the viscera and meridians of the whole body are in control according to time,so nourishing the fetus should conform to time.In terms of treatment,the viscera and meridians are determined according to time,so the related deficiencies are nurtured for treatment.In different times,women suffer from different diseases,so based on the time changes,the location of a disease can be determined.At the same time,grasping time also involves two aspects:prevention and treatment.For treatment,"having this syndrome"and"having injured the fetus"are different,so each should have its own treatment method.For prevention,various aspects such as clothing,diet,activities,and habits should all be regulated.Therefore,emphasizing monthly fetal care methods conforming to time is beneficial for the diagnosis and treatment of various pregnancy diseases.
