七七汤加减治疗围绝经期综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察七七汤治疗围绝经期综合征(perimenopausal syndrome,PMS)的临床疗效。方法:将100例PMS患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和常规组,每组各50例。常规组给予甘麦大枣汤治疗,治疗组给予七七汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、围绝经期生活质量量表(menopause specific quality of life,MEN-QOL)评分、kupperman评分和血清激素变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为98.00%,常规组有效率为72.00%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分和Kupperman总积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Kupperman各症状低于本组治疗前,除头痛、忧郁和皮肤蚁行感3项外,治疗组治疗后Kupperman其余各症状积分低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后E2水平高于本组治疗前,LH和FSH低于本组治疗前,且治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后MEN-QOL各维度评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:七七汤加减治疗PMS,可改善患者血清激素水平及临床症状,提高患者围绝经期生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Seven-Seven Decoction on perimenopausal syndrome(PMS).Methods:A total of 100 PMS patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the routine group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The routine group was treated withLicorice and Wheat and Jujube Decoction,while the treatment group was treated with Modified Seven-Seven Decoction.Then the clinical efficacy,and the changes in TCM syndrome scores,menopause specific quality of Life(MEN-QOL)score,Kupperman score,and serum hormone between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 98.00%,while that of the routine group was 72.00%.The diference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and Kupperman total score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group's above indexes were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05);The Kupperman symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment.Except for headache,depression,and skin ant sensation,the Kupperman symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the routinegroup(P<0.05);The E,level of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,while LH and FSH were lower than those before treatment,and all the differences between the two groups statistically significant(P<0.05);The MEN-QOL scores in all dimensions of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group's scores were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Seven-Seven Decoction can improve the serum hormone levels and clinical symptoms of patients with PMS,and better their quality of life during perimenopause.
