新型手术贴膜及手术用光缆收纳盘在手术室管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨新型手术贴膜及手术用光缆收纳盘在手术室管理中的应用效果。方法:将2021年1—12月南华大学附属第二医院收治的280例泌尿系统结石手术患者根据随机数表法分为A组、B组、C组和D组,各70例。A组采用新型手术贴膜,B组采用手术用光缆收纳盘,C组采用常规干预,D组采用新型手术贴膜联合手术用光缆收纳盘。对比各组感染发生情况、患者及医护人员满意度,并核算成本。结果:四组感染发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且D组感染发生率低于A组、B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四组患者护理满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组患者护理满意度高于A组、B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四组手术医护人员使用满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组手术医护人员使用满意度高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四组成本核算比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);D组经济成本低于C组,但高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泌尿系统结石手术患者手术过程中行新型手术贴膜及手术用光缆收纳盘,不仅能降低手术室感染,还可提升患者及医护人员满意度,降低医疗耗材使用成本。Objective:To explore the application effect of new surgical film and optical cable storage tray for operation in operating room management.Method:Random number table method from January to December 2021 to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University after treated 280 patients with urinary calculi surgery was divided into A,B,C,D four groups,each group of 70 cases.Group A was treated with a new surgical film,group B with surgical optical cable storage tray,group C with conventional intervention,group D with a new surgical film combined with surgical optical cable storage tray.The infection status of each group,the satisfaction of patients and medical staff were compared,and the cost was calculated.Result:There was significant difference in the incidence of infection among four groups(P<0.05);the incidence of infection in group D was lower than those in group A,group B and group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the nursing satisfaction of patients among four groups(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in group D was higher than those of group A,group B and group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the satisfaction of surgical medical staff among four groups(P<0.05);the satisfaction of surgical medical staff in group D was higher than that in group C,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the cost accounting among four groups(P<0.001);the economic cost in group D was lower than that in group C,but which was higher than those in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new surgical film and optical cable storage tray in the operation process of patients with urinary calculi surgery can not only reduce the infection in the operating room,but also improve the satisfaction of patients and medical staff,and reduce the cost of medical consumables.
