荆防败毒散及其中成药制剂研究进展

摘　　要：新冠肺炎期间,中医药良好的防治效果再次大放异彩,其中荆防败毒散及其中成药制剂作为多个省市的群体预防推荐用药,也再度获得研究学者的关注。荆防败毒散临床应用历史悠久,主要治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染、荨麻疹、四季感冒、等。现代研究表明其中成药制剂荆防颗粒主要含有挥发油类、黄酮/黄酮苷类、香豆素类、木脂素类等成分,具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化、调节免疫系统及肝肾保护等作用,作用机制涉及调节Toll样受体4/核因子κB(Toll-like receptor 4/nuclear factor kappa-B,TLR4/NF-κB)、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B(phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/protein kinase B,PI3K-AKT)、核因子E2相关因子/血红素加氧酶-1((Nuclear factor E2 related factor 2/Heme oxygenase-1,Nrf2/HO-1)等信号通路,但尚未见全面总结荆防败毒散及其中成药制剂研究现状的报道。本文通过查阅中国知网、PubMed、Science Direct、等中英文数据库,以“荆防败毒散”“荆防颗粒”及其英文为关键词进行检索,对荆防败毒散及其中成药制剂的组方特点、化学成分、药理作用及作用机制、安全性评价与临床应用现状研究进行总结,旨在为经方荆防败毒散及其中成药制剂的临床应用与相应治疗疾病谱的拓展提供一定参考依据,助推其深入研究。During the period of COVID-19 pandemic,the good prevention and treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has once again shined brilliantly,and Jingfang Baidu Powder(荆防败毒散)and its Chinese patent medicine preparations,and as the recommended drugs for group prevention in several provinces and cities,have gained the attention of research scholars again.Jingfang Baidu Powder has a long history of clinical application and is mainly used in the treatment of viral upper respiratory tract infections,urticaria,and seasonal cold.Modern research shows that Chinese patent medicine preparation Jingfang Granules(荆防颗粒)mainly contain volatile oils,flavonoids/flavonoid glycosides,coumarins,lignans,and other components,with anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antioxidant activities,as well as immune system regulation and hepatorenal protection.The mechanism of action involves the regulation of Toll-like receptor 4/nuclear factorκB(TLR4/NF-κB),phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K-Akt),Nuclear factor E2-related factor 2/Heme oxygenase-1(Nrf2/HO-1),and other signaling pathways.However,there has been no comprehensive summary of Jingfang Baidu Powder and its Chinese patent medicine preparations.This paper summarized the existing formula characteristics,chemical composition,pharmacological effects,mechanisms of ac-tion,safety evaluation,and current clinical application of Jingfang Baidu Powder and its Chinese patent medicine preparations retrieved from Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,PubMed,and Science Direct with keywords of"Jingfang Baidu Powder","Jingfang Granules",and their English names,aiming to provide some references for the clinical application of Jingfang Baidu Powder and its Chinese patent medicine preparations and the expansion of the spectrum of corresponding therapeutic diseases,thereby promoting its in-depth research.
