摘　　要：抑郁症具有高患病率、高复发率和高致残率等特点,现有抗抑郁药普遍存在不良反应率高、患者选择药物面窄及依从性差等问题。舒肝解郁胶囊治疗郁证疗效确切,安全性良好,临床应用广泛,本文分析舒肝解郁胶囊治疗郁证的理论依据和治疗原则,综述其药理作用及临床研究进展,以期为舒肝解郁胶囊的临床应用和进一步机理研究提供参考。Depression is a disease with a high prevalence rate,a high recurrence rate,and a high disability rate.The available antidepressants generally cause high incidence of adverse reactions,and the patients have few drug choices and demonstrate poor compliance.Shuganjieyu(舒肝解郁)Capsules with definite therapeutic effect and good safety has been widely applied in the clinical treatment of depression.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis and therapeutic principle of Shuganjieyu Capsules in the treatment of depression,summarizes the research progress in the pharmacological action and clinical research,aiming to provide reference for the clinical application and further research on the functioning mechanism of Shuganjieyu Capsules.
