超声引导下介入性治疗卵巢冠囊肿的临床应用优势评价

摘　　要：目的分析卵巢冠囊肿(POC)患者使用超声引导下介入性治疗的效果。方法选取30例POC患者为研究对象,患者均行超声引导下介入性治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果30例患者中单侧囊肿、双侧囊肿分别为21例、9例。囊肿直径1.62~13.54 cm,平均(6.03±1.52)cm。超声诊断结果6例合并囊肿,5例合并卵巢畸胎瘤。经腹壁穿刺10例,经阴道穿刺20例,穿刺成功率为96.67%(29/30)。抽出囊腔内液体32~568 ml,平均(278.62±35.58)ml。治疗总有效率为93.33%;复发率为10.00%;不良反应发生率为10.00%。诱发复发的主因是术中抽取液体不彻底、囊肿体积过大。结论POC患者使用超声引导下介入性治疗能获得理想的疗效。Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound guided interventional therapy in patients with coronal cyst of ovary(POC).Methods 30 patients with POC were selected as the research objects.All patients received interventional therapy guided by ultrasound,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results Among the 30 patients,unilateral cyst and bilateral cyst were 21 and 9 respectively.The diameter of cysts was 1.62~13.54 cm,with an average of(6.03±1.52)cm.Ultrasonic diagnosis results:6 cases were complicated with cysts and 5 cases with ovarian teratoma.The success rate was 96.67%(29/30)through abdominal wall puncture in 10 cases and vaginal puncture in 20 cases.32~568 ml offluid was extracted from the cystic cavity,with an average of(278.62±35.58)ml.The total effective rate was 93.33%.The recurrence rate was 10.00%.The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%.The main causes of recurrence were incompletefluid extraction and large cyst volume.Conclusion Interventional therapy under the guidance of ultrasound in POC patients can achieve ideal results.
