阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响

摘　　要：目的探究阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响。方法选取100例接受尿常规检验的女性受检者,分别为所有受检者实施不同的样本采集法,比较常规尿液采集法与清除阴道分泌物采集法的效果。结果实施清除阴道分泌物采集法的红细胞检出率、白细胞检出率、上皮细胞检出率及蛋白质检出率均低于常规尿液采集法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规尿液采集法pH为(5.85±1.24),低于清除阴道分泌采集法的(6.85±1.25),清除阴道分泌物采集法尿糖、蛋白质水平低于常规尿液采集法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性受检者接受尿常规检验时,检验结果受到阴道分泌物的影响,在检验之前需要充分清洁阴道分泌物,有效提升检验准确性。Objective To explore the effect of vaginal secretion on the results of routine urine clinical test.Methods 100 female subjects who underwent routine urine test were selected,and different sample collection methods were used for all subjects,to compare the effect of routine urine sample collection and vaginal secretion removal collection.Results The detection rates of red blood cell,white blood cell,epithelial cell and protein were lower than those of conventional urine collection method,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The pH of conventional urine collection method was(5.85±1.24),lower than that of vaginal secretion removal method(6.85±1.25),and the levels of urine sugar and protein were lower than those of conventional urine collection method,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion When female subjects underwent routine urine test,the test results were affected by vaginal secretions.Before the test,the vaginal secretions should be fully cleaned to effectively improve the accuracy of the test.
