身心一体化护理对足月分娩孕妇角色转换及母乳喂养率分析

摘　　要：目的分析足月分娩孕妇采用身心一体化护理方式进行干预对其角色转换及母乳喂养率的影响。方法选取80名足月分娩孕妇,运用随机数字表法分为常规组与观察组,每组40名。常规组孕妇运用基础护理方式干预,观察组孕妇运用身心一体化护理方式干预。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组纯母乳喂养率65.00%、混合喂养率32.50%均高于常规组的30.00%、12.50%,奶粉喂养率2.50%低于常规组的57.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家庭关系、角色认同、生活影响评分均高于常规组,护理后生活质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足月分娩孕妇采用身心一体化护理实施后能够有效提高母乳喂养率,促进其角色转换,且显著提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of psychosomatic nursing Integrated mind-body nursing and breast-feeding rate of full-term pregnant women.Methods 80 pregnant women with full-term delivery were selected and divided into routine group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 in each group.Pregnant women in the conventional group were treated with basic nursing methods,while pregnant women in the observation group were treated with integrated mind-body nursing methods.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The rates of pure breast feeding and mixed feeding in the observation group were 65.00%and 32.50%higher than those in the conventional group(30.00%and 12.50%),and the rates of milk powder feeding were 2.50%lower than those in the conventional group(57.50%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of family relationship,role identity and life impact in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the score of life quality after nursing was higher than that in the conventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of full-term pregnant women with Integrated mind-body nursing,it can effectively improve the rate of breastfeeding,promote their role transformation,and significantly improve the quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion.
