摘　　要：Since 2023,China's economic recovery has maintained a good momentum,supported by improved pandemic prevention and control policies and effective economic stabilization policies.After the Spring Festival,the industrial chain of chemical fiber has resumed production well,and the domestic sales of textiles and apparel recovered.Enterprises have certain expectations for the traditional peak season,but due to the high cost and the lack of momentum in domestic demand,the overall production and management situation of the chemical fiber industry is still grim.It is worth noting that after the optimizationof pandemicpreventionand control policies this year,the long shutdown during the Spring Festival has a greater impact on the operation of the industry than in previous years.
