乡村振兴战略背景下革命老区乡村体育旅游发展困境与策略研究

摘　　要：基于“乡村振兴”战略视域,本文运用文献资料法、实地调查法、逻辑分析法、归纳总结法等研究方法,对革命老区发展乡村体育旅游的时代价值和意义进行阐述,分析革命老区乡村体育旅游发展面临的困境,并提出优化策略。结果表明:地方政府对体育旅游资源认识还不够全面,缺乏大部制管理机制;对体育旅游市场需求响应和供给侧结构性改革滞后;体育旅游资源规划和开发有待进一步优化;经济投入较大和财政扶持比例相对较小等是革命老区乡村体育旅游发展面临的主要现实困境。建议:通过组建政府大部制管理和协调管理机制,破除政府行政障碍;以市场需求为导向,明确当地体育旅游资源开发方向,积极培育体育旅游市场;加大政策落实力度,增加政府投资量并积极拓宽投资渠道;创新营销手段,扩大宣传影响力度;建立体育旅游长效发展机制等策略,促进体育旅游业的高效发展,发挥体育旅游对乡村产业链的带动作用,助力革命老区乡村振兴。Based on the strategic perspective of"rural revitalization",by using the methods of literature re-ciew,field investigation,logical analysis,and induction and summary,this paper summarizes the value and sig-nificance of the development of rural sports tourism in the old revolutionary base areas,analyzes the difficulties faced in the development of rural sports tourism in the old revolutionary base areas,and puts forward optimization strategies.The results show that the local government's understanding of the sports tourism resources is not com-prehensive enough,lacking large-department management mechanism;the response to the sports tourism market demand and the supply-side structural reform lag behind;the planning and development of sports tourism re-sources need to be further optimized;the economic input is large but financial support is insufficrent.They are the main realistic dilemmas in the development of rural sports tourism in the old revolutionary base areas.It is proposed to set up government large-department management and coordination management mechanisms to re-move administrative barriers;take the market demand as the guide,clarify the development direction of local sports tourism resources,and actively cultivate the sports tourism market;strengthen the implementation of poli-cies,increase government investment and actively expand investment channels;innovate marketing means,and promote puslicity;and establish a long-term development mechanism for sports tourism,so as to promote the effi-cient development of sports tourism,give full play to the driving force of sports tourism in rural industry chain,and better help the rural revitalization in old revolutionary base areas.
