摘　　要：运用文献资料、录像观察、专家访谈和数理统计等研究方法,对第51届体操世锦赛女团决赛进行深入分析,探讨我国女团失利的原因,并为提升其整体竞技实力提供对策。结果表明:导致我国女团失利的因素主要有未能深入理解规则,动作编排不符合潮流;完成情况不佳,失误颇多,且在失误之后未能及时调整好状态;心理抗压能力欠缺等。提升对策:充分发挥新型举国体制优势,打造全能优秀运动员;引用AI技术,打磨质量,减少失误;通过多种方式锻炼运动员的心理抗压能力;完善选拔制度,因材施教;大力宣传体操文化,营造良好的体操氛围。By using the methods of literature review,video observation,expert interview and mathematical sta-tistics,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the final of the women's team of the 51st FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Championships,aiming to explore the failure reasons of China's women's team and provide countermeas-ures for improving its overall competitive strength.The results show the main reasons for the failure of Chinese women's teams are failure to deeply understand the rules,and the arrangement of movements not in line with the trend;poor completion,many mistakes,and failure to adjust to a good state in a timely manner after mistakes,lack of psychological resilience.Improvement measures are to fully leverage the advantages of the new national system and create all-round outstanding athletes;use Al technology to improve quality and reduce errors;im-prove athletes'psychological resilience by various means;improve the selection system and teach students ac-cording to their aptitude;and vigorously publicize gymnastics culture and create good atmosphere for gymnastics.
